Der PIP22 ist ein leistungsstarker, hoch integrierter, robuster und lüfterloser Industrie-PC, basierend auf Intel`s Core 2 Duo Mobile Technology, aus der Embedded Roadmap für langfristige Verfügbarkeit. Im Main Board integrierte Funktionen sind 2x Gigabit Ethernet, 4x serielle Schnittstellen und onboard bestückter 1GB Arbeitsspeicher. Der PIP22 präsentiert eine einheitliche Lösung für zeitgemäße industrielle Anforderungen und ist verfügbar als Standard mit unbegrenzten Optionen. Er ist entwickelt für eine sichere Funktion ohne Lüfter auch bei extremen Temperaturen sowie ohne Leistungsverlust durch Taktreduzierung. Das spezielle Moduldesign bietet eine Lösung welche kompakt, wartungsfrei, geräuschlos und robust genug ist, um in jeder Anwendung eingesetzt werden zu können. Die PIPs' von MPL können nach Ihren Anforderungen als OEM-Variante bestückt sowie mit Ihrem Logo versehen werden.

Die Besonderheiten des PIP22

Hervorragend ist der extrem niedrige Stromverbrauch und die hohe Flexibilität aufgrund der Vielzahl verschiedener Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten sowie des variablen lüfterlosen Gehäusekonzepts. Der PIP22 hat einen kompletten Satz an Standard PC- sowie industriellen Eigenschaften wie 8-48VDC Eingangsspannung und vier serielle RS232/485-Schnittstellen. Zusätzlich sind intern GPS-, WLAN-, CAN-, SOUND- und UPS-Module verfügbar. Weiterhin kann der PIP22 mit I/O-Modulen für PC/104 und PC/104-Plus, PCI und PMC erweitert werden. Für den Einsatz in rauher Einsatzumgebung kann der PIP22 für den erweiterten Temperaturbereich von -40/+65°C bestellt werden. Jeder ausgelieferte PIP22 muß verschiedene Tests im Klimaschrank absolvieren, um mögliche Materialfehler über das gesamte Temperaturprofil aufzuzeigen.
Bitte beachten: Für ein funktionsstabiles System unter solchen Konditionen werden ebenfalls alle zusätzlichen Komponenten wie Festplatte oder Erweiterungsmodule für diesen erweiterten Temperaturbereich spezifiziert.
