Das MIP10 ist ein hochintegrierter MPL Industrie-PC auf einem Formfaktor der kleiner ist als zwei Kreditkarten. Entwickelt für den lüfterlosen Betrieb, leistungsstark, robust und basierend auf der Intel Centrino Mobile Technology. Zum Einsatz kommt der Low Power Embedded Pentium M 1.4GHz mit 2MB L2 Cache Speicher. Neben den zahlreichen Standard PC-Schnittstellen sind Onboard noch SATA, ECC RAM und GB Ethernet integriert. Der MIP10 präsentiert eine ideale Lösung für die heutzutage hohen industriellen Anforderungen und x86 Upgrades. Er ist einfach über PC/104 & PC/104-Plus zu erweitern.

Der MIP10 ist schon vom Ansatz her entwickelt, um unter extremen und normal Umgebungsbedingungen ohne Lüfter zu funktionieren ohne leistungsmindernde Taktreduzierung.

MIP10 Spezialitäten

sind der extreme kleine Formfaktor, der niedrige Stromverbrauch und das Wärme ableitende Kühlkonzept sowie die hohe Funktionalität. Der Formfaktor entspricht der PC/104-Plus Spezifikation ohne Gebrauch der I/O-Stecker Überhänge. Der MIP10 ist 100% PC kompatibel und hat mehrere industrielle Eigenschaften. Diese Eigenschaften prädestinieren den MIP10 als ideale Lösung für jede Anwendung wo hohe PC Leistungsfähigkeit, niedriger Stromverbrauch, kleinster Platzbedarf und Langzeitverfügbarkeit benötigt wird. Der MIP10 wird eingesetzt in der Bildverarbeitung, Medizintechnik, Bahntechnik, Telekommunikation sowie allen anderen industriellen Anwendungen. Aufgrund seiner geringen Größe ist der MIP10 ideal um existierende x86 kompatible PC/104-Module aufzurüsten.

Für den Einsatz in rauher Einsatzumgebung kann der MIP10 für den erweiterten Temperaturbereich von -40/+65°C bestellt werden. Jeder ausgelieferte MIP10 muß verschiedene Tests im Klimaschrank absolvieren, um mögliche Materialfehler über das gesamte Temperaturprofil aufzuzeigen.
Bitte beachten: Für ein funktionsstabiles System unter solchen Konditionen werden ebenfalls alle zusätzlichen Komponenten wie Festplatte oder Erweiterungsmodule für diesen erweiterten Temperaturbereich spezifiziert.
